Extract current translation mode from user online record.

The following macro extracts the 0--9 (0--15, actually) translation table number from the user's flags.

Parameters:

u - A user onlinerec structure, onlinerec_t. Pass the structure itself, not a pointer to it.

Returns:

The translation table specified by the user's preference flags.
