Return to the last prompt block used.

This function simply swaps the current and last prompt block descriptors (msg_cur and msg_last). This is a quick way to revert to the previous message. System functions that access prompts in the system block use this function to revert immediately to the one the user assumes is active, without needing to have access to its descriptor.
